Our first preschool sunday

It's been a great weekend in the Heath household!  I think next weekend is going to be CRAZY with the big move so we have been only a little productive & relaxed some too.

I live for Saturday mornings with Mallory.  It is the only day of the week that we don't have to get moving as soon as we get out of bed.  We usually sit in daddy's chair together.  I drink my coffee, she drinks her juice & we love on each other a whole lot.  Love it.

Grandmother picked us up yesterday & we went to town for a little while.  We got Nikki a birthday present, ate at Chic-Fil-A, & went to Wal-Mart.  This is the present we got Nikki:
I haven't looked at Vera Bradly patterns in a long time but I love this pattern!  I think it would look great in my new kitchen & give me somewhere to put invitations, reminders, Mallory's crafts, etc.

We went out to dinner for Nikki's birthday last night at Capt Ratty's.  Good food & great friends.  Patrick & I are really starting to get spoiled with all these date nights.  It's been nice.  I didn't carry my camera, so no pictures.

This morning we went to church at Westminster for preschool Sunday.  All the preschoolers got up in the front of the church to sing There Was a Boy Named David.  I really didn't think Mallory would go up there without us, but she did!  Oneal carried her & she went right to Mimi & that's where she stayed.  She was perfectly content though...never tried to get down or come back to us.
My pictures are really far away, I need a new lens!

Mallory never did sing that I could tell, but towards the end she got really into the hand motions & did so good!

You can just barely see her in this picture, but she is still there in Mimi's lap!

Afterwards, we stayed for the lunch at church.  Mallory had a ball & as soon as we got home she was knocked out for her nap.  Life is so hard!
