I can say that the Parade of Homes trip that I went on Saturday was a success! It was sooo hard for me to leave my baby on a Saturday morning, because (as I have stated before) that is my favorite time of the whole week. We did make up for it on Sunday though by skipping church (bad, I know).
BUT, the great news is...I have finally decided on the color of our house!!!
& I could not be happier with it. It is different. It is a neutral color so that (hopefully) I won't be sick of it in two years. I LOVE it.
The bad news is, I want stone columns now. Stone columns are not in our contract so that will be extra that we have to pay out-of-pocket. We have already added a 1/2 bath that we are paying out-of-pocket for. Yikes. But I so love the stone with the green!!!
We are off to get our taxes done tonight. The result could be the decider of whether my house will have stone columns or plain white columns. Let's hope Uncle Sam is good to us for a change.
