We had a fun & FULL Mother's Day weekend! Here's the low-down of it:
Mallory made this for me in preschool. It was full of Hershey Kisses...love!
We all know how I'm a procrastinator so Saturday morning I started cleaning the house for Patrick's mom & sister's arrival at lunch time. Here is Mema Jane & Mallory playing on Saturday.
Aunt Whit & Mallory
Sunday morning, Mallory & I had to take a quick trip to town. She picked out two little fun things for herself: these glasses & a new ball.
We had lunch at Patrick's dads & Deborah's house with his whole entire family. I forgot to carry my camera, so no pictures. After we got home from there, Mallory took a nap & we headed to see my family.
My mom's new shirt from my brothers.
The ONE day a year that the boys do the dishes!

At the end of the day, somehow we all ended up outside with Mallory's ball. We got in a circle & tried to keep the ball in the air for as long as possible...which wasn't long. The girls struggled a little & we I had a little problem with making contact as well aiming the ball in the right direction. It was a lot of fun though & we played & laughed until it got too dark to see.
It was a great way to end a weekend devoted to all mother's!
